How to Redeem Birthday Voucher

To redeem your birthday voucher, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the “Rewards” icon located at the bottom-right corner of your desktop or mobile screen, and log in to your account.

Step 2: Once logged in, select the “Claim Reward” icon to redeem your birthday voucher.

Step 3: After claiming the voucher, return to the main page and click on the “Rewards” icon again. A unique voucher code, tied to your account, will be displayed. Copy the code and enter it at checkout to enjoy your discount.

Note:

  1. The voucher is valid for one month during your birthday month. Once the voucher has expired, it cannot be reissued.
  2. This voucher is only valid on fitflop.com.sg and cannot be used at FitFlop retail stores. Once the voucher has been claimed, it cannot be reissued.
